Noel Dimitrios Stavropoulos was born in Chicago, Illinois-USA in 1972. Never formally trained, the prodigy artist attended SACI (Studio Art Center International) in Firenze (1996-98) and studied with masters such as Jules Maidoff, Ron Bowen, and Paul Beel. He earned a scholarship to the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam, Nederland where he completed his five-year study (1998-2001) under the instruction of Selma Trapman. The young artist has made exhibitions all over the world, from Jaffa-Israel, Sparta-Greece, Firenze & Mantova-Italy, Hoorn, Sittard, Den Haag, Den Bosch, Amsterdam-Nederland, London-England, to (North America) Cherokee-North Carolina, Chicago-Illinois, Los Angeles-California, and Vancouver-Canada. He has created works in all mediums, fine art, performances, music videos and festivals, television shows, conceptual installations (The “Dream Machine” Series), award winning films, nightclub/gallery/movie set designs and construction.
Noel has earned the title of virtuoso.

Our trusted colleague Robbert van Steenwijk used all his superb artistic skills, and uncanny airbrush techniques to lay down a superior specialized spray job!! First he applied a few primer undercoats and after a dark base paint preparation! (I see a Unicorn and want to paint it BLACK!!!) Then...The "Final Transformation" with a layer of revolutionary environmentally safe "liquid chrome", MirraChrome!! So smooth and reflective you'd think it was polished mirrored steel!! We know Steef & Lia Stumpel REALLY like this!!!



















At last "Uni" came home to us, and she was finally united with her Coat of Arms! And now the vision was complete, from concept, to drawings, experimentation, cooperation, determination and artistic respect... Vanessa & I proudly present to you..."Reflections of the Past"























"Reflections of the Past" is truly ready to symbolize Hoorn! From the original 651 year old pride & honor of a great city, with the strength and optimism for future generations: She stands for eternity...
